Shipping/payment policy
APi Body Odor's Shipping and Payment Policy applies to all customers who purchase APi Body Odor products via Online Store (including Website, Livechat, Facebook messenger, Zalo Chat, Instagram Chat) and Hotline 081 832 9111.
I. Shipping and delivery policy:
1. Standard delivery
- Scope of application : The "Standard Delivery" shipping package applies to all orders nationwide.
- Transport fee :
+ Inner city. HCM and City. Thu Duc: 20,000 VND
+ Districts outside the city. HCM & City. Hanoi: 30,000 VND
+ Other provinces: 30,000 VND.
- Delivery time:
+ Inner city. HCM and City. Thu Duc: 1 - 2 days from when the order is confirmed.
+ Districts outside the city. HCM & City. Hanoi: 2 - 3 days from when the order is confirmed.
+ Other provinces: 3 - 5 days from when the order is confirmed.
Note: Delivery time may be earlier or longer due to the influence of traffic situation, weather, delivery unit allocation and distance from pickup location to delivery location.
2. Express delivery
Shipping fee: Apply according to the following fee schedule (APi Body Odor will support 30,000 VND for orders of 2 products).
- Fee of 35,000 VND applies to: Thu Duc City, District 7, District 4, District 3, District 1, Binh Thanh District, Phu Nhuan District.
- Fee of 40,000 VND applies to: District 8, District 5, District 10, District 11, Tan Binh District, Go Vap District.
- Fee of 50,000 VND applies to: District 6, District 12; Tan Phu District, Binh Tan District.
Delivery time: From 02 - 04 hours from order confirmation.
3. Nationwide freeship program
With orders from 02 products , APi Body Odor supports free shipping nationwide ( maximum 30,000 VND ) for both standard delivery and express delivery.
- In case the shipping fee exceeds 30,000 VND, customers please pay the difference in shipping fee.
- In case the shipping fee is less than 30,000 VND, APi Body Odor will not apply the deduction to the product value.
4. Notes when receiving goods
- Customers can check the product on the spot before paying the delivery staff. But note that you are not allowed to try the product.
- APi Body Odor encourages customers to record video when opening goods for comparison when necessary.
- APi Body Odor's shipping service will be responsible for the goods and risks such as loss or damage of the goods during the transportation process to the customer.
- When the product is delivered, the package must be intact, intact, sealed, with no signs of being opened... If the customer finds anything unusual, he or she can refuse to receive the goods and immediately contact the Care Department. - In case of delayed delivery without prior notice, the customer can refuse to receive the goods and APi Body Odor will refund the entire amount the customer has paid in advance (if any) within 3 - 6 working days. .
II. Payment policy
Currently, customers can choose the following payment methods when shopping online at APi Body Odor.
1. Payment upon delivery (COD)
You can check the goods and pay the delivery staff after successfully receiving the product.
2. Transfer money via APi Body Odor's Account Number
